<li style="text-align: justify;">Mix the flour with the milk and the eggs and mix well for about 30 min ruhen lassen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Inzwischen die Zwiebel schälen und fein würfeln.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The mushrooms are coarsely chopped in a blender, das spart die Arbeit mit dem Messer.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Fry the bacon in a pan and add the onions briefly with the mushrooms and about 5 let simmer min. Place in a bowl and stir in the grated cheese and chopped parsley, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Make a good hot pan with a little oil and then fry the pancakes in. I get out of this lot of dough always 4 Stück heraus.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Now fill the cake pan with the mushrooms and ground for about 10 min at 170 Grad Umluft in den Ofen schieben.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Alle Zutaten kommen in eine Schüssel und werden zu einem Teig geknetet. Das könnt ihr am besten mit der Hand oder mit einer Küchenmaschine machen.<br />
In dem Teig ist ganz bewusst kein Zucker, ich weiß, dass ist untypisch für einen Hefeteig, funktioniert aber super.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Dann den Teig abdecken und an einem warmen Ort gehen lassen. Wenn er sich ungefähr verdoppelt hat, wird er zu Brötchen geformt und auf ein Backblech gegeben.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Den Teig nicht nochmal gehen lassen sonder sofort bei 250 Upper level- und Unterhitze in den Ofen schieben.  Jetzt werden die Brötchen so lange gebacken bis sie eine schöne braune Kruste bekommen haben, dann den Ofen ausschalten und die Brötchen noch für ungefähr 10 min im Ofen lassen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Danach rausnehmen und mit kaltem Wasser bestreichen, das ergibt eine schöne Kruste.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">For about. 15 Leave Minutes, so that the dough can swell slightly. Need not necessarily be, but I find, der Teig lässt sich dann besser auf die Backbleche streichen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Then, the mass 2 Elapse baking sheets with baking paper thin and in the oven vorgeheizenten 170 Prebake degree convection. If you can still walk off with the baking paper with oil, bleibt auch garantiert später kein Papier am Knäckebrot kleben.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">The crisp bread then at about. 130 Degrees convection for more 60 Bake minutes. It could also be at 150 Degrees convection bake finished, then it becomes a little darker.  Beide Varianten sind sehr lecker.</li>
