<li>First, peel the carrots and cut into sticks, die genauso dick sind wie die Spargelstangen.</li>
<li>Beim grünen Spargel genügt es wenn man das hölzerne Ende abschneidet.</li>

<li>In der Zwischenzeit die Lauchzwiebeln in feine Ringe schneiden.</li>
<li>Die Schollen abwaschen und mit Küchenpapier trocken tupfen.</li>
<li>In einer Pfanne etwas Öl heiß werden lassen und die Schollen darin schön knusprig auf beiden Seiten anbraten.</li>
<li>Nach dem ersten Drehen kommen der Speck und die Lauchzwiebeln dazu.</li>

<li>First, the mushrooms for about 3- 4 Std. Soak in water. Best thing in the morning, dann muss man Mittags nicht darauf warten.</li>
<li>Einen Topf mit Salzwasser für die Nudeln aufsetzen und zum Kochen bringen.</li>
<li>Die Zwiebel und die Knoblauchzehen schälen und ganz klein würfeln.</li>
<li>The bacon in a pan with the onion- Sauté garlic and diced, the expressed (dewatered) Give mushrooms and season with about 250 Pour ml of water. All for about 10 simmer min. After this the red wine and the Madeira and cook for a further 5 min köcheln lassen.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Inzwischen die Zwiebel schälen und fein würfeln.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The mushrooms are coarsely chopped in a blender, das spart die Arbeit mit dem Messer.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Fry the bacon in a pan and add the onions briefly with the mushrooms and about 5 let simmer min. Place in a bowl and stir in the grated cheese and chopped parsley, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Make a good hot pan with a little oil and then fry the pancakes in. I get out of this lot of dough always 4 Stück heraus.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Now fill the cake pan with the mushrooms and ground for about 10 min at 170 Grad Umluft in den Ofen schieben.</li>
