<li>We start with the filling of. Dafür die Kartoffeln in Salzwasser garkochen und auskühlen lassen.</li>
<li>Lauch und Bauchspeck in Streifen schneiden und in etwas Butter mit dem Knoblauch andünsten.</li>
<li>Peel potatoes and coarsely grate, with the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, der Lauch-Speckmischung und dem Schnittlauch verkneten.</li>
<li>With salt, Pfeffer und Muskat abschmecken.</li>
<li>The ingredients together and knead into a smooth dough for Ziehteig, Brush with a little oil, cover and 30 min ruhen lassen.</li>
<li>Den Ziehteig dünn ausziehen und auf das untere Drittel die Kartoffelfüllung geben.</li>
<li>Den restlichen Teig mit der flüssigen Butter bestreichen und fest aufrollen.</li>
<li>Place on a baking tray and put in oven at vorgheizten 180 Degree convection 25 Minuten backen.</li>
</ul>
<p>I have served this dish a leek and tomatoes. Super würde aber auch ein frischer knackiger Salat  passen.</p>

<li>Peel potatoes, in Stücke schneiden und in Salzwasser garen.</li>
<li>Wasser ableeren und die Kartoffeln in dem heißen Topf ausdampfen lassen.</li>
<li>Press the potatoes through a potato ricer and mix with the butter and an egg, danach abkühlen lassen.</li>
<li>Die erkalteten Kartoffelmasse mit Salz und Muskat würzen und mit dem Mehl verkneten.</li>
<li>Fry seafood in a hot pan with a little oil, Deglaze with white wine, die fein gehackte Knoblauchzehe dazu geben und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</li>
<li>Roll out the potato dough on a floured surface.( 3mm) und vier Rechtecke zurechtschneiden.</li>
<li>Die Füllung in die Mitte geben und vorsichtig aufrollen.</li>
<li>Wrap the rolls in foil and in a pot with salt water 7 Minuten kochen.</li>
<li>Vor dem Anrichten noch kurz in einer Pfanne goldbraun anbraten.</li>
<li>Die Strudel halbieren und auf einem Teller anrichten.</li>
</ul>
<p>Bei mir gab es einen Tomaten-Gurkensalat dazu.</p>

<li style="text-align: justify;">First, place the mackerel on a tray with baking paper and for 20 min at 100 Grad  Umluft in den Ofen schieben.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Wash the potatoes well and they cook in salted water. A little tip! Watch for it, the potatoes have about the same size, dann sind sie alle gleichzeitig fertig.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Season the cheese in a bowl with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley. Alles gut verrühren. Ich habe mit Absicht keinen Fettgehalt beim Quark angegeben. The higher the fat content, so it is full-bodied and creamy in taste. Ich habe mich für Magerquark entschieden.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">After the 20 min at 100 Degree, the mackerel in now 200 Degree convection still about. 10 ready cooked min, thus they are nice and crispy. Zum Schluss noch mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Die Zitrone gut waschen und in Scheiben oder Spalten schneiden und auf die Makrelen legen.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Zu diesem Essen passt noch sehr gut ein knackiger Blattsalat und fertig ist ein super leichtes Sommeressen.</p>

<li>For the mushroom farce chop the mushrooms, die Zwiebel und Knoblauch klein würfeln und in einer Pfanne anbraten.</li>
<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und beiseite stellen.</li>
<li>In einer heißen Pfanne das Rinderfilet mit etwas Öl auf allen Seiten scharf anbraten.</li>
<li>Steak mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und auf die Seite stellen.</li>
<li>Lay the puff pastry, das Steak mit der Farce einstreichen und auf den Blätterteig legen.</li>
<li>Das Steak gut mit Blätterteig verkleiden und mit dem zuerquirlten Ei einpinseln.</li>
<li>Bake in a preheated oven at 170 Grad Umluft ca. 20 my. Bake. Then take out and about. 10 min ruhen lassen.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, peel the asparagus in a pot of water, Salz und Zucker bissfest garen.</li>
<li>Das Steak halbieren und mit dem Spargel anrichten.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Of flour, Eggs, Salt, Pepper and nutmeg to make a lump-free batter and for about 30 min ruhen lassen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">In a pan fry the beef slices briefly on both sides until seared and then at 70 Grad Umluft in den vorgeheizten Ofen stellen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Peel the onions and cut into slices, chop the garlic. Both give the meat pan and sauté, dann mit Rotwein ablöschen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">About 1 Tl. Tomatenmark dazugeben und mit Brühe aufgießen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">All for about. 20 min auf kleiner Flamme einreduzieren lassen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Inzwischen einen Topf mit Salzwasser zum kochen bringen und aus dem Teig entweder Spätzle schaben oder pressen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Spätzle kurz aufkochen lassen und dann mit einem Schaumlöffel herausholen und in eine vorgewärmte Auflaufform geben.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Melt for the crumbs in a pan the butter and crumbs to give, etwas anrösten lassen und über die Spätzle geben.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Die Soße mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The meat is to 20 min schön medium und kann mit der Soße und den  Spätzle angerichtet werden.</li>

<li>First, peel the carrots and cut into sticks, die genauso dick sind wie die Spargelstangen.</li>
<li>Beim grünen Spargel genügt es wenn man das hölzerne Ende abschneidet.</li>
<li>Both easily sauté in a pan with some oil and then into the oven for about 15 my. with 150 Grad Umluft schieben.</li>
<li>In der Zwischenzeit die Lauchzwiebeln in feine Ringe schneiden.</li>
<li>Die Schollen abwaschen und mit Küchenpapier trocken tupfen.</li>
<li>In einer Pfanne etwas Öl heiß werden lassen und die Schollen darin schön knusprig auf beiden Seiten anbraten.</li>
<li>Nach dem ersten Drehen kommen der Speck und die Lauchzwiebeln dazu.</li>
<li>Turn plate and the soil nor for 5 my. leave in the pan. The soil is a very thin fish, deswegen reicht schon die kurze Zubereitungszeit.</li>
<li>Pepper before serving plaice something, Salt is not necessary, da der Speck genügend Salz abgibt.</li>
<li>Das Gemüse noch mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und dann mit der Scholle anrichten.</li>
<li>I have the clods still decorated with some rocket salad, about which I've sprinkled some lemon olive oil</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Die Karotten schälen und mit dem anderen Gemüse in feine Streifen schneiden.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sauté the vegetables in sesame oil, give the shrimp and glass noodles to it and everything again for about. 4 min anbraten.</li>

<li>First, the mushrooms for about 3- 4 Std. Soak in water. Best thing in the morning, dann muss man Mittags nicht darauf warten.</li>
<li>Einen Topf mit Salzwasser für die Nudeln aufsetzen und zum Kochen bringen.</li>
<li>Die Zwiebel und die Knoblauchzehen schälen und ganz klein würfeln.</li>
<li>The bacon in a pan with the onion- Sauté garlic and diced, the expressed (dewatered) Give mushrooms and season with about 250 Pour ml of water. All for about 10 simmer min. After this the red wine and the Madeira and cook for a further 5 min köcheln lassen.</li>
<li>Inzwischen die Nudeln abkochen.</li>
<li>In another pan and fry the chicken breast with 170 Degrees in convection oven for 10 min fertig garen.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Inzwischen die Zwiebel schälen und fein würfeln.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The mushrooms are coarsely chopped in a blender, das spart die Arbeit mit dem Messer.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Fry the bacon in a pan and add the onions briefly with the mushrooms and about 5 let simmer min. Place in a bowl and stir in the grated cheese and chopped parsley, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Make a good hot pan with a little oil and then fry the pancakes in. I get out of this lot of dough always 4 Stück heraus.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Now fill the cake pan with the mushrooms and ground for about 10 min at 170 Grad Umluft in den Ofen schieben.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. In a pot of salted water for about 5 min and then pre-cook on a baking sheet in the oven at 170 Degrees convection for about 25 min fertig garen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The chips between 2 Knock cling bags nice and flat with a meat mallet (as. 3-5 mm) und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Whisk the eggs and whisk in a deep dish. In zwei weiteren Teller Mehl und die Brösel geben.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Now the only meat in flour, danach in den Eiern und dann in den Semmelbrösel wenden.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">In a pan heat the oil can be, much, dass die Schnitzel darin schwimmen können.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Die Schnitzel nacheinander goldgelb im Öl ausbacken und auf einem Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen.</li>

<li>Die Karotten schälen und mit der Zucchini grob reiben.</li>
<li>Die Frühlingszwiebeln in feine Ringe schneiden und mit dem geriebenen Gemüse in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl andünsten.</li>
<li>Inzwischen die Eier verquirlen und mit dem geriebenen Käse vermischen. Die Paprika und die Champignons in Scheiben schneiden und in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl andünsten.</li>
<li>Nun das geriebenen Gemüse in eine Schüssel geben, mit Salz, Pfeffer und dem Frischkäse vermischen und zu der Eiermasse geben.</li>
<li>Die Eiermasse in die Pfanne mit der Paprika und den Champignons geben und im Ofen bei 170 Grad Umluft für ca. 15 my. garen.</li>
<li>Danach könnt ihr es stürzten oder in der Pfanne servieren und nach belieben Pesto und Salsa reichen.</li>
</ul>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Die Nudeln in einem Topf mit kochendem Salzwasser bissfest garen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Während die Nudeln kochen die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch schälen und zusammen mit den getrockneten Tomaten in kleine Würfel schneiden.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Danach in einer Pfanne das Olivenöl erhitzen und den gewürfelten Schinken ein paar Minuten anbraten.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Jetzt die Ziebeln, den Knoblauch und die getrockneten Tomaten dazuzugeben und ebenfalls ein paar Minuten anbraten.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Zum Schluß kommen noch die passierten Tomaten mit dem Zucker in die Pfanne dazu.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Das Ganze lässt man dann wieder ein paar Minuten einkochen und schmeckt es bei Bedarf mit Salz und Pfeffer ab.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Sobald die Nudeln bissfest gegart sind zusammen mit der Soße und dem Parmesan servieren.</li>

<li style="text-align: justify;">Nun gehts wieder an die Gnocchis.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Ein Topf mit Salzwasser zum Kochen bringen.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Aus dem Kartoffelteig Gnocchis formen und ins kochende Salzwasser geben.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">When they come back to the surface, sind sie fertig.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Take with a slotted spoon and into a pan with the <a href="http://www.jederkannkochen.de/barlauchpesto/" target="_blank">Bärlauchpesto</a> gut durchschwenken.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">So, jetzt fehlt nur noch der Fisch.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Season the fish with salt and pepper, mehlieren (dust with a little flour), durch den Tempurateig ziehen und in einer Pfanne mit heißem Öl ausbacken.</li>
